I continue to maintain that Phase III sales anywhere would go up substantially if there was a way to educate the buyer right in the store. Right now, even with Pierce and other endorsements, I don't think the word is out there. Which means that a person walking in the store typically does not even consider Phase III (especially with the name that has to be explained). I have a feeling that you are actually educating ("pushing") the product so it is selling faster. And that, of course, probably leads to repeat biz because it seems like people like the product once they do try it. As an ad writer, I am curious as to whether you are doing that and what you say that seems to work.
