yes, but then again, licenses are not just doled out to everyone and anyone who wants them, and there are some limits there also, we need to remember that OTOW has licenses secured, and those licenses have value

it is true, there is one big player down there, one giant, but this has been the case for a while, and that does not change the fact, that the giant does not do much other than provide crappy service and crappy cust service. This is the state of things down in the DR when it comes to wireless srvc

i think also, many times people forget that Val has been down there working, getting to know the right people for several yrs now

there is also value in that, but everyone can of course believe what they like and view the glass half empty, or completely empty or half full, this is up to everyone, and of course, there will be many dif opinions and many dif viewpoints
