Technology and competition are not stagnant. Time is the mortal enemy of this company. I applaud Val for trying to build a company in a growth industry, but he is not the only one who see the potential, especially in the DR. There is a big company already in place that has 80% of the current cell phone users as customers...they have infrastructure, they have income, they have local knowledge...and they are moving forward.

Val must know the same facts and I am guessing the one thing missing from his effort to build market share in the DR is funding...but the market won't wait.
