Premier is new PR firm. IDS has no debt as announced in interviews and press releases. Company was completed funded by CEO over past years has millions in assets,millions in contracts and no debt. CEO has 33.5 Million shares restricted, remaining Officers and affiliates combined have another 6 Million Restricted. Float used to be around 10Million and change now reduced to less than 5 Million. Insiders and Officers have to free trading shares, warrants or options.
Far as being able to maintain the site IDS owns software development house (programmers at $200 per month), owns call centers to support site and owns two data centers. Putting 3rd online in September at Level 3 that has OC-192 Tier 1 pipe to internet backbone, hurricane proof, mulitple backbone connections and huge independent power backup (had not one minute of down time in last year 5 hurricanes, 3 of which were direct hits in Orlando corridor.
This is no startup company. Company has built Portal 995ad.com in less than 9 months that would of taken most companies years to build and millions more. This company highly unusual where CEO puts his money where his mouth is and not using investor money to bet on long shots.

Yankee, I was in TFCT when they released prizewise. Stock went from $0.03 and hit $0.17.

I bought at $0.05 and unloaded at $0.17. Trust me, I know all about prizewise. I even sold items, won three items, and wasted a few hundred dollars on tickets.

Difference between TFCT/prizewise and IDWS/995ad.com is that the underlying concepts are completely different. TFCT was basically a gambling site with the loophole of "coupons" as opposed to 995ad.com which is just an advertising portal.

995ad.com is more similar to ebay than prizewise was. Yet 995ad.com is completely different. We are not an auction site like ebay. We're more competitors with companies such as realtor.com and other ad listing sites.

When do people ever sell hotel stays on Ebay? Ever sell a home on Ebay? Not likely, at least those sections of Ebay are not successful. Only ebaymotors could be a competitor.

There's a lot of market share to be grabbed and 995ad.com has the capability of doing it with savvy management. We've already persuaded dealers to put up half a million ads. And the 70,000 hotel listing will be up soon.

This portal is great because it has everything. Only invest if you believe management will pull through. There were many more kinks in the system before you came, believe me. I was complaining like mad. But things are getting fixed gradually. Remember that this ticker has only been trading for 65, 66, 67 days.
