Hey Simsonly, I'm sorry I can't answer any of your inquiries. (I've been very busy lately). BIEL seems to have had so many relationships that were started, but then seemed to have flatlined along the way. As far as Canada is concerned, the FDA should not be a variable for them, in fact out of the equation. IMO.
