There's room to dilute. The spin likely is paid for or inspired by false promises of forthcoming news. Call it impute and dilute, if not pump and dump: the positive spin creates the demand into which to sell more shares without the PPS going down too much more (i.e., no rise, no crash, just lots of demand slaked by lots of supply, for a standstill).

Any dilution in this position or possible plans to dilute?
