RHCO 2.7 milly budget, most likely NOT , why would people have to run around telling everyone else RHCO is a 2.7 milly propmo if it was?

Just does not add up, HIGHLY DOUBT THERE IS A PROMO AS RUMORED FER THAT KINDA MONEY, the trading sure isn't indicitive of a program of that size.
