I would agree.
First HBRM announces that they will be presenting at the NIBA conf. on Thurs. Shortly afterwords CHRI forwards FINAL termsheet to HBRM. They also announced that they setting up headquarter operations in the USA. I would expect seeing an acceptance PR from HBRM tomorrow. Heading into Thursday's NIBA conf. as a newly merged company.

The main reason why I didn't sell any of my shares is because of the acquisition deal was still alive, and the CHRI's huge worldwide customer base. Cheers!
