I was thinking that your post
was very good in that it hit hard on real investor concerns. But I don't believe that a free pass was given as you have stated and the part of his post that you omitted may hold the clue. At least I thought so and accepted it as such. But don't misunderstand me on this point as I really only believe that the proof is in the pudding, or something like that. Anyhow, yet to see! LOL

My sincere apologies for this delay, be sure we are working hard to get this done and also be sure that this delay frustrates me too. But when things are in other hands, we all have to wait till their jobs are done. And we are nearing that moment.

Audited Financials.

Sorry I need to see the real thing. We're all waited much too long, plus we need to satisfy the larger investment community. (An equity firm might want to take a stake prior to audits made public rather than after.) If the 4th of July nears and nothing, then provide a recent history of share structure posted on Ihub as a sign of good faith while we sit and wait.

I would agree with you that Mart doesn't appear to spend 100% of his time working on SDVI/GRAFC matters and that's distrubing. Perception is everything. I want to believe that you think, work and sleep Graffiti. It creates the impression Ken Hurley is still running the show, not saying that is the case. GLTY

hey grim, this is the deal. At this point you either believe or not. One of those choices will be determined ( in my opinion ) by July 15. As another astute member of this board noted, he could have walked away . Yes, I am fully aware that in some eyes this may have happened with the intention of raising the price to not have such a great loss. I am not of that believe but may have been wrong once or twice in my life.

As my good friend Billy Joel says " you may be right, you may be wrong"
