It wasn’t even your first priority to post here and apologize to those who have been providing bid support for your company? You had to go chit chat on one of your other stock plays before showing up here as an afterthought?

I am not surprised that since you were and ihubber and moderator long before you were able to take control of the company and become CEO, it would be natural to guess at what is happening.

But, I really don’t understand how you get a pass on comments like this.

…I really might be very surprised if we won't have a current status on pinksheets/otcmarkets at the end of this month, begin July or earlier if possible of course, and also have opened our books regarding the financials 2011 and Q1 2012 within that time frame.

Patience might be the key here, it's all up to you of course if you wanna, and can, wait a few weeks longer than suspected by me the last quarter…

You are supposed to be a European banker. Why do you continue to speculate on a stock that you are now the CEO of? Why was your first order of business to raise the A/S by 495,000,000 shares and then hire IRPs to promote this stock?

As a prominent banker who clearly seems to understand how OTC markets work, why not explain to shareholders that audited financials are not necessary to become current? You could post unaudited financials tomorrow, have a lawyer sign off on them and be pinksheets current in a few days.

As CEO you could have done this 5 or 6 months ago and chose not to.

Your choice was to quietly raise the A/S and hire IRPs instead of providing any transparency to the shareholders.

Its been almost 2 months since your post on here stating...

Where are all the .0002s, .0003s and .0004s coming from? You could answer this question tomorrow by simply posting what the current share structure is compared to where it was before you became CEO.

I’d like to see you publically post the share structure from 1 month before you became CEO of SDVI and where we currently stand.

Provide a public record of what is going on with this company instead of talking your email buddies into creating false hope on message boards.
