I would rather have a little debt and a lower OS and Float, of course time will tell if his course of action was correct. My concern is the number of Spinoff shares I will get as he continues to add to the OS. Will he go up to the full 450 AS?

At full OS/AS of 450M we will get 333 Shares of AudioEye for each 100K of CMGO.
