One must understand what the share increase will do to the bottom line. Many debts are being erased. That, on top of the spinoff, will put the books in a great spot. For those of you crying about the O/S, even if it goes to 300 mil (which I doubt) you will still get 1 AE share for every 200 CMGO you own. Multiply that by a reasonable 2$ a share for AE and you can still make a hefty amount of money. No one likes to see the amount of shares increase, but at least it isn't for a "company" house or car. Management is clearing the path for bigger better things!
