So with all that money being scimmed off the top by the corrupt GOB, how much will be left for TECO shareholders? Even in a best case scenario it doesn't sound like much, but comparing TECO's alleged oil find to BNE's is laughable.

Corruption in government is not limited to Belize .
But I agree it could be a major problem for TECO shareholders.
