haj, You may want to try calling FH around 4pm ET. That seems to be around the time when I tend to call him. I may have gotten lucky but he tends to pick up the phone when I call about then. Possibly the day is winding down and he settles in at this desk. Who knows for sure. He doesn't have caller ID because he always asks me WHO I am.
