In reading post 14605 authored by you, jtfm, dated 4/30/12 im unclear on what you meant by when institutions would be told the dispositiion of libi.

im thinking maybe bpax doing this today, before the conference, will get their share price up and more attractive. it would be a brilliant move if thats the case and they provide libi guidence next week.
