The Ibox should contain the NET SHO Short List on SRGE ... not the one dimensional gross daily shorts without covers.
OTC Markets provides the Net SHO List and not the daily shorts for very good reason.

For starters Ibox imo should not contain misleading information like the paragraph below

1. "At present Southridge finds itself in the middle of a legal dispute"
SRGE is NOT in he middle of any legal dispute, bandera gold has lost the court case against MSJ on august 17 2011
this is clear as day and dismissal can be downloaded directly from court website
no further lawsuits have been filed by bandera regarding this matter, this has been verified and confirmed

2. "It seems the party who contracted with Southridge (Minera San Jorge) may not have had the right to enter into a contract with Southridge concerning concessions for Cinco Minas-Cabrera"
SRGE purchased cinco minas and gran cabrera mineral concessions from Omar Alejandro Flores Madrigal and Comercalizadora, Servicios Y Distribuidora Track, S.A. DE C.V. and NOT from minera san jorge

"On March 27, 2009, the Company entered into a Preliminary Mineral Exploration Agreement with Omar Alejandro Flores Madrigal for a 100% interest in the Cinco Minas and Gran Cabrera Gold properties and mineral concessions in Mexico for a total purchase price of $7,500,000 USD. On March 30, 2009, the Company paid a deposit of $5,000,000 for the properties by issuing a total of 800,000,000 restricted shares at $.00625 to Comercalizadora, Servicios Y Distribuidora Track, S.A. DE C.V. (400,000,000 shares) and to Omar Alejandro Flores Madrigal, Principal Officer, (400,000,000 shares). On April 6, 2009, the 800,000,000 shares were assigned to Novamex Mineral S.A.. On December 10, 2010, the mineral exploration agreement was finalized with the purchase price for the assets comprising the mineral concessions "Gran Cabrera" was $2,500,000 and "Cinco Minas" was $5,000,000. As of August 31, 2011, the total purchase price has been paid in full and $721,579 has been incurred for exploration and development expenses. "

3. "This dispute is currently in the Mexican Court System."
There is no litigation whatsoever, bandera gold has not filed anything further with any court since they lost frivolous lawsuit that got thrown out the window back in august 17 2011

Current Dispute over the Cinco Minas - Cabrera Properties:

At present Southridge finds itself in the middle of a legal dispute, through no fault of its own, between two other parties. It seems the party who contracted with Southridge (Minera San Jorge) may not have had the right to enter into a contract with Southridge concerning concessions for Cinco Minas-Cabrera. The party that has contested Minera (Bandera Gold Ltd) claims that they had mining rights to Cinco Minas-Cabrera prior to anyone else. This dispute is currently in the Mexican Court System. Because of this, there is ambiguous information on the Mexican Government sites on what entity is working on the disputed property. In addition Southridge has not provided clarifying documents or proof of its position in regards to the Cinco Minas - Cabrera property. Below is the history of the property dispute with reference links to Bandera's webpage and press releases:

To be Fair ... the fact that Bandera also appears as Developing Cinco Minas on the SINEM site should be noted in the Ibox as well.
