Part of this discussion hinges on whether one believes the PR's or not. The May 9th Hybrid PR states that it was designed to address specific needs of interested government parties. I seriously doubt that one of those specific needs is being able to fly to only 100 feet off the ground. However, with no statement or mention from the company regarding some of what the Argus One has done, and at what tethered and free flight altitude (even a range would be ok I think), all we really have to go on IS what's implied.
