I don't understand why SEC could come down on RFMK...what did U mean by this???

My guess is it's all about touting RFMK stock and if the SEC decides to take a peek, they are in deep doo doo. The DTC will lock the issue and all those people who have millions of shares will be left with nothing but the few dozen cannacigs they supposedly sold.

What does the DTC have to do with any of this???
