I think Amy must be one of the cleaners, then (at that time of night it's quite plausible), because she has misinformed you.

It's clear that the address given is indeed a PO Box.

I'm really not sure why anyone would pretend otherwise when one phone call (during working hours) or a site visit is enough to prove this.
