T: The fact that they moved to a Law Office to hold the meeting suggests that they are not expecting an SRO crowd.. Just cross your fingers they say something about the Audit and/or the 1st Qtr..I have the feeling that nothing will be said and any thoughts or actions toward "uplist" have been conveniently forgotten..

Nice big new Virtra building to show off yet the meeting is to be held at some law office miles away. Looks like a set-up for documents being prepared while you wait!!! Management's history compounds the language/situation/location... Does not bode well for ordinary shareholders.
Anyone with more then just their lunch money invested here should find a way to attend this shareholder's meeting.
