Scammer? There was a "merger notice" issued subsequent to the dissolution of the AAPU shell and a "MERGER" notation early last year in my Accel Energy AG broker account with a new CUSIP number prior to the liquidation of the Accel Energy AG shell. Prior to the liquidation of the Accel Energy AG shell, there was also a "Rights of First Refusal" (ROFR) to the Accel Energy AG shareholders for an offer of new shares and a Rights of First Refusal Expiration dated last Sept as shown on my 2011 1099 Tax Form.

Subsequent to the liquidation of the Accel Energy AG shell, the Accel Energy LTD., website came forward and then a name and operational change to the current Ameri Energy Group LTD., with a new Home location being Hong Kong. The past few days there have been more changes to the Ameri Energy site.

Just a quick food for thought update.
