I stick to the Scammer accusation. They sold shares right... then they dissolved... you say they merged... but no one recognizes the shares and they cannot be traded or sold with out taking a hit.

it was a pure scam... and still is for those of us that still have shares.

and btw they also reverse split..

they are scammers.
