Just FYI, form 15, SEC vs CMKX .. example of how the SEC responds to fully reporting companies like NMGL who try and file form 15, regardless how many share holders they have


The rule for any reporting company ( current or delinquent ) is simple. If the company is a fully reporting company - they must be up to date in the required filings

They must have 300 share holders or 500 share holders and no more than 10 million in assets

PLUS.. they must be current under Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13.

And if she is truly that damaged, shouldn't she be in protective custody or somewhere spongy where she can't harm herself or others?

It honestly sounds like she could actually blow someone up without a second thought. And that makes her potentially very dangerous.
