Just FYI, form 15, SEC vs CMKX .. example of how the SEC responds to fully reporting companies like NMGL who try and file form 15, regardless how many share holders they have
The rule for any reporting company ( current or delinquent ) is simple. If the company is a fully reporting company - they must be up to date in the required filings
They must have 300 share holders or 500 share holders and no more than 10 million in assets
excerpts; I conclude that CMKM Diamonds violated Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13 by failing to file: (1) annual reports since May 9, 2002; and (2) quarterly reports since November 18, 2002.
Finally, at the hearing on May 10, 2005, CMKM Diamonds argued that its periodic filings were only delinquent by twenty-two days.15 (Tr. 51-57; Resp. Post-Hearing Br. at 2, 5-7, 15-16.) However, CMKM Diamonds knew that revocation of the Form 15 required CMKM Diamonds to file all missing periodic reports within sixty days, or by April 18, 2005. (Tr. 324.) As of the date of this Initial Decision, CMKM Diamonds had not filed the missing reports. Therefore, even if I accepted CMKM Diamonds's position that it acted in good faith and believed that the representations in its Form 15 were true, it is still in violation of Section 13(a) of the Exchange Act and Rules 13a-1 and 13a-13.
Seriously, that can't be her can it? It almost looks like an impostor working to make her look like the most nuts person roaming around free in the country. I bet she is a huge Carl Castaneda fan.

I thought Cheshire cats had British accents.
And if she is truly that damaged, shouldn't she be in protective custody or somewhere spongy where she can't harm herself or others?
It honestly sounds like she could actually blow someone up without a second thought. And that makes her potentially very dangerous.
