Skitahoe, In my opinion your strategy is a good one. Of course I have my regular investments in mutual funds, 401K...company stock, but I'm in "pennyland" with my "play" money, trying to play catch-up from quite a few lousy years in the market. I keep invisioning myself washing tables at McDonalds when I'm 65....scary thought. But in a Roth, I can take profits on short term trades that I have just let ride in the past, usually down to nothing like IBZT...lol. But it is also a great way to leave my family with a good chunk of change...TAX FREE when I croak. Of course after Cetek brings in enough money to buy my own McDonalds!
