Excellent info Steve. Dwyer has been successful in the past milking his shell stocks for all their worth and also seems to be skilled at stringing his faithful shareholders along too.
The proof in this scam lies in all of the bogus PR's and the laughable conference call late last year that claimed Baron Capital would make 10-12 million this year. That's laughable considering the company is over 500,000 in debt and has absolutely nothing going on. Not even a pump and dump would gather any interest here considering Dwyer has been exposed.
