yes....you certainly are no expert in this area....

You keep harping on iPads and iPhones......but keep talking about the RETAIL pricing.....

You've been corrected numerous times that the calculations...are based on the WHOLESALE price.

If one was to follow your logic.....if a cellular operator gave away the phone for FREE (which they do sometimes)......there would be NO royalty!

companies can want all they want....but you continue to state that IDCC only licenses and gets a rate from the "baseband".....
