read the analysis I just posted - it is wrong on the face of the ruling never - really

I found the old post - I saved it - the document the judge creates is law - thus cannot contradict itself in fact or in law in any big way

I used to "rip" rulings that were like this one - I mean "rip them to shreads" for fun and money after I researched the issues - I DID NOT research the technology on this ruling becasue I did not have to - on the face I read the holding and laughed...it is a mess

separate out the USPTO from a court in your analysis - my post related to the quality of the markman ruling -

in your response you are talking about the USTPO - different animal with many ways of getting around these folks as well - article III courts have overruled them as well -
