There is no shorting on this! If you put in a buy order at .0002, your MM will sell you these shares right away knowing they can grab them from another MM. Since they didnt have them in their control at the moment they filled you, it comes up on FINRA as a short.
After they fill you, they immediately go to the MM with the shares selling and get them so they are in a flat position!
No sense on shorting a stock at .0001. Can't make any money unless a RS happens. It won't happen with a bid and only 50% of shares authorized are outstanding!
