The COMPANY management is very SHORT-SIGHTED by not keeping a common shareholder outside of the company on the same level as the shareholders inside the company.

In this day of internet saavy and exchange of information among shareholders who have an unprecedented access to both public and private information, it is pure ignorance of management to assume that the outside shareholder can be kept in the dark and not sense the rot coming out of Denmark.

For example, the Company's involvement in the Hypervelocity Projectile project at the Navy has been ongoing for 10 years since application for initial funding. There are numerous government documents online alluding to and explaining in its entirety the funding grants that have been made along the timeline until today.

This program has never been mentioned ONCE in public discourse by the CEO, even though it is public knowledge to the shareholder.

There is an apparent confusion between the MILITARY NEED TO KNOW and the SHAREHOLDER NEED TO KNOW and to whom management of Liquidmetal is accountable.

Today's PROXY VOTE reflects just how much appreciation the devalued common shareholder has for those insiders who get free shares for fleecing the outsider and not performing first, award begetting second.

Have you ever heard of an Olympic competitor receiving the GOLD prior to running the race, overcoming the hurdles, accomplishing a feat of great sacrifice and courage?

Of course not.

For two top execs to take shareholders for granted is DUMB and DUMBER.
