You've read the R/S incorrectly. There is only ONE R/S, not two. The other info is indicative of closing down the tooling company. Today it is or will soon be a debt free shell with an O&G plan. Hey, in the long run, you may have made the best financial decision because AGR still has challenges and it's clear they aren't concerned about protecting shareholders that aren't Insiders. But, you've made your decision to sell on false assumptions.
