As I known the OS is 423,216,879 shares and the float is 224,473,329
shares while the AS is 1.8B shares! Call the TA to find out the late
numbers, folks!

That number is not accurate. There is massive dilution on this stock. It is very easy to see that there is dilution on UNGS.
