OK, I hope you get good results. You were right the number of Authorized Shares was doubled to 3,600,000,000:
But again that is Authorized not Outstanding. It is Outstanding that is important for dilution purposes, not Authorised. Like I said both Scottrade and Ameritrade state the outstanding shares are 365M. If that number is accurate, there has not been any dilution for some time.
