If Ken didn't appoint himself as Pres, who did? Why didn't Ken quickly look to amend that situation or put out a website blurb correcting the error?

Is it because his Intelligence Quotient is only fractionally higher than a bag of squashed apricots which still remain in their packaging due to an unfortunate incident dating back to 1984?

Apparently Ken Ash did not know that. The annual report he filed with the Wyoming SOS on 5/2/2012 reported himself as the President/Director.
