of course it happened. You saw how Jeffrey went for KA's throat starting June 2011. We all saw it. It was ruthless. Jeffrey didn't want his atm taken away, BUT IT WAS! :)

Did you see the Wyoming court order and the plaintiff's docs? "If" (I should say "when") the sec starts digging, much of Jeffrey's past will be exposed ESPECIALLY coupled with the fact that Jeffrey's sister was just indicted for fraud and she hid money in Indocan before Jeffrey's court-ordered removal. <--- that was a 2 for 1 sale with the sec LOL. There are public docs to support her fraud commingled with Indocan. She was just found guilty, remember?

A blessing will come from this at the end, even if it is only justice for Jeffrey's years of theft on his shareholders. Indocan may have been doomed from the date of the court order IMO. I believe Robin's role had the eyes plastered all over idcn already. what's a shame was the "lose lose" in all of this: either letting Jeffrey continue to dilute and steal with no performace, or taking the shell away from him and having a public scandal in the sec's eyes. I'm not so convinced that this suspension would have not occurred if Jeffrey was still here (simply due to the Robin fraud involvement with the Indocan shell).

PS, a wysos one-liner title of "President/director" does no by any means support that KA appointed himself as president. He had no legal means to do that via custodian/trustee title, therefore it was impossible for KA to become idcn pres without a shareholder vote.
