I honestly believe that the facebook ipo scandal was a way to get the 1% their prize and then get the f@@k outta the way. It open 7 dollars above what the insiders paid for the stock. Even though zuckerberg is a member of the 1% I dont believe he has any loyalty to them and I think he truly wants this stock to be for the people and not those dbags. I bet nothing happens to facebook legally and it will be the underwriters and nasdaq who take the blame. A lot of people think this stock was made to crash because he is so young. However, I think he is probably smarter then 99% of the 1%. And the 1% is probably so old now that they have no idea what the hell is going on.
With all the connections between atrinsic and microsoft and the fact that facebook is now going to be a part of the new bing and atrinsic execs are starting to "leave the company" and facebook needs to announce their plan for the immediate future to get revenue up, I just see this being the outcome. I think Facebook and Microsoft are going to be very good stocks to own after this. And I think we are going to be rewarded.
I bet facebook plays the ignorance card,,, we let the underwriters know some of our shortcomings during the roadshow. Why didnt they act on our information.
