Your welcome. Checking out now I read enough posts to last me a while. Will check back in once the 8K gets filed. I am expecting a very good deal in acquiring Brand E one that will be along the lines of DC just like the PR stated today. That becomes a performance driven acquisition done by preferred shares based on performance over time. That's how DC was done
