revlis..WHY would a NY FED Judge stick their nose in an international arbitration award i.e. modify it?? Either the ICC was given the "last say" i.e. final binding arbitration.. or it was not...case closed..summary judgement..the arb stands as agreed and was already fully adjudicated..Can Nokia appeal?It sounds like they can..Will they?If they can't settle..probably?Unless some additional penalty can be drawn for an anti trust/avoidance of payment argument?
