There have been zero filings against GRDO by the SEC and its going on 4 years now--and they maintain an OTC Current Pink Status---stocks in OTC with bad behavior go to Grey--obviously that hasnt happened and doubtful Nason/Yeager (a large established reputable firm) would have issued the OTC Disclosure doc, which also indicates no investigation in process, if anything illegal was apparent as well ..but...one never knows in OTC..as of today GRDO is clean by OTC, Legal and SEC standards

In addition Nperspective worked on the financials--they report unaudited but they were prepared by Manager,CPA, and listed as GRDO CFO David Rosenfeld.
