The last PP at 5 cents didn't sell out when the stock was at 8 and 9 cents, he's obviously going to have to do an offering at a discount which then starts the cascade all over again with a reset on the lawsuit shares and the reset on the 66 million shares for Alpha Capital Anstalt/ Gemini.
He threw the long bomb yesterday with the CC and struck out ;-)
with the market price at all of the toxic lender' prices, something will have to give....real quick like as there is no profit in it for anyone to lend to them right now.
