I looked at the newsletter who hit the stock at around 10 April, and he certainly didn't benefit, he lost subscribed members due to his pick if you read all the posts on here.

One thing is for sure, you had his interest, but you lost it by not following through with your own PR's, such as transparency in your financials, audited, and at least becoming other than limited information on the OTC pinks. Right now there is a yield sign, not up to par.

The only ones who appear to be benefiting at this point is the Market Makers, who have shaken this stock to the absolute bottom, or is it the bottom? I know that plenty have lost money here.

Only you can keep people interested, and right now the interest here is reflected by the stock price. There is none.

I like your business plan, and all it would seem you have to do is become current with OTC, continue with the acquisitions, and interest will follow.

I am neither a pro trader, and definitely not a businessman, however do hope you are legit.

Seems like you guys are selling/giving away free/cheap shares to people who just want some $ back. Start eliminating that first. Or better yet, give us all a reason to be here

As I stated earlier we have 6 cabins, that was a start. It doesn't make sense that the management can't grow the company organically from the cash flow, that is the basis of any real estate investment model. The only way that the company wouldn't be able to grow organically from cash flow is if the properties were bought wrong. You say the company hasn't done more simple transactions because you have your eyes on larger acquisitions...if that turned out to be true that would be a huge mistake, there is no way( and I can tell even by the circa 1995 website)that ACYD doesn't have the infrastructure in place to handle anything over maybe a 4 unit.



I got in this a little over a year ago because Florida was/is one of the most depressed real estate markets in the country and there is huge opportunity there for the next 48 months or so. A start-up investment real estate firm that is in a market with one of the greatest opportunities was a no brainer....


Management is an utter failure and to be frank you and john should resign and let someone competent step in and grow shareholder value.
