thanks rhlytle...i just got off the phone with the guy...a nicer guy you could not hope to talk to...considering it was after 11 p.m. his time...lol...he couldn't say much...naturally, said he was bound by disclosure....he DID say though that his leaving GTE had everything to do with being with his family in Tennessee...(he's been with them since before ADGI days)...said they have a very bright future...
