lol, the Bell/Evans mixup is amusing. At first I wondered if whoever wrote the agreement in question was using a template involving a person called Evans, but in the end I believe it was just a careless mistake by the same person who couldn't quite figure out how to spell "dPollution".

What's odd about GBWU--for an APS promo--is that there aren't any Panamanian nominee companies involved. At least none so far as we know. There's a big chunk of missing information: RMGX went completely silent in mid-summer 2011, so we have no idea what happened to the then-CEO Rocco Di Fruscia, nor do we know how the Start technology came into the hands of Daniele Brazzi. And what about Bernard Royer and Gilles Monette? They owned the company that originally conveyed the technology to LCOL. Monette was one of the inventors. I find it hard to believe that they--especially Royer--would have no role (or no stock) now.

Panamanian nominees may be MIA for now, but we do have management that--again atypically for an APS promo--can be linked to questionable people. The technology itself has been pumped by two other outfits, LCOL and RMGX. Some even more questionable people were involved with them, and with PGYC, which touted its own doubtful tech gadget. PGYC and LCOL were suspended by the SEC within two months of each other in 2009. A host of colorful folk played a role: Jean-François Amyot, Dan Ryan, Tony Papa were all directors of PGYC. Amyot was for awhile the "transition" CEO of LCOL. LCOL was unfortunately a hijacked shell, which is why it was suspended.

Call me suspicious, but I find Jay Almeida's educational background a bit difficult to believe...

This is just hilarious... Today GWBU put out a PR about its FEED device. In it we learn that:

NESS Tech Appoints Cogedev.RC as Exclusive Distributor for France Market.

Far as I can tell, Ness Tech does not exist. It's described as an Austrian company, but no company by that name is registered in Austria.

So what about Cogedev.RC and J. B. Roux? According to the PR:

Cogedev works within the energy sector, with an emphasis on technology solutions that can reduce the consumption of electricity as well as improving the efficiency of fossil fuel powered equipments and vehicles. The Company, headed by J.B. In my previous post I already pointed out the way that the shell was set up issuing seed shareholders shares at next to nothing followed by the ever so common forward split (75:1 forward split in this case) increasing the holdings of the seed shareholders to millions of dollars in stock setting up the P&D.

I also find it quite entertaining that GWBU misspells the name of the dPollution International Inc (RMGX) multiple times in their filings including in the 10Q today:

At the time Domenico Chiovitti (pictured below) was a part of OTI Petroleum Labs and affiliated with a company called Tectate Technologies Corp as their International Research Director and Member of their Advisory Board.
