Excellent expression for this situation ... "My confidence in Steipp has been shaken".

Mine has too, although it has not been lost which is why I continue to hold my shares. He had the charisma of a snail on the Q1 earnings cc and he danced around answering questions and providing information that he surely knows the shareholders would want to be hear.

Unless he demonstrates with results SOON he will lose the confidence of much bigger fish than us minnows and then things will happen ... without him.

All just my opinion of course.

By his and Salas stock transactions, he has put his interests far ahead of shareholders.
