Lesson of of the day, P&D scenario is playing out

There is only one person listed on pinksheets as company management

This person controls 90% of shares in the market place by issuing stock for his/her service contracts to himself or confidants and entities controlled by him/ her

He then sells shares to lemmings and pockets the cash!

Sell 1-2 billion shares and walk away with 5-10 million dollars without doing anything but putting out press releases to peek the interest of the poor buyers.

They also use Promoters that are given stock, they use Blogs and message boards to fuel the fire.

This is your lesson today
