It cold be considered a pump effort if RFMK PR'd the possability of working with Cheryl and then dilluted share during the hype.

But no, it is not a pump and dump scheme when you put out no hype and then just announce that you have signed Cheryl Shuman. She is not controlled by RFMK , she sees $$ and that is why she is willing to work with RFMK.

She is not doing this just for the movement, she sees $$$ here.

So you are totally off base to call This a pump and dump. WE have had nothing but real MMJ industry professionals sign on with RFMK and almost all of the past forward looking statements PR's this year have happened.
