Not to get too much into semantics, but it's a showroom as opposed to a store, so it could be more for interior designers and wholesale buyers, in that case the hours make more sense.

Those weekend hours seem to coincide with the Orthodox Jewish sabath which begins at sunset on Friday. It's the only thing that makes sense to me.
