Janice, it may be of use to the board to skim thru the
actual motion in that case you're talking about. I did find
it filled in some blanks left by the Rolling Stone writer,
although I bookmarked that to use someday when some
one may ask for a definition or an example of naked shorting.
I'm sure it is done even more often with penny stocks than
NYSE stocks, as it is harder to catch with the sloppy and
confusing accounting for shares that are associated with
shell corps that make so many loans using common or
preferred classes as collateral, pay for PR, promotions,
