Oh. Lol. In all seriousness, there is a setting at the top right of your page

Go to
Settings > Board preferences

Auto refresh interval 60 seconds

Then I just open up different tabs in my browser for each board. Usually I spend more than a minute on each board, so by the time I switch from one to another the second one is already refreshed
