So... understanding your logic, if you could call it that, Google search is the BAR, if you will, for truth in this matter!

Laughable.

The SEC post regarding a temporary hold on trading states emphatically that one of the red flags (of the two mentioned) is a company who does not report on a regular basis, to the SEC in regards to it's business.

Now, last week, you guys were up in arms because VELA was posting almost daily to the SEC...
