Before just trying to complain or confusing only,
how about if you really read full SEC publication
at Y. Board of May 14, 2012 related to Shell or
Scam Companies and not of what your twisting.

For sure not You or I will do what the SEC does,
but you will also see what that in the end means.

That much for the Logic you mentioned.

How about using the wordings more wisely instead !

Hey Bob , for me it's not an axe to grind, Vela just hasn't worked out for me personaly. I act as an individual and with dilution of shares Tobins "pick of the century" etc it was losing me too much to want to stay.
You roll the dice and you pay the price, be it win or lose. Thats the stock game.
